Make eye contact. Not only does it show that you're confident in yourself, it also shows that you're interested in who you're talking to and what they're saying.
Use your voice. Don't be shy. When you talk it's your chance to show yourself off. Your intelligence, your opinion, your humour, and everything else about you.
